Strength of Eden Massage, LLC was founded by Carmen G Roman; a fitness professional of 12 years and a bodybuilder athlete for NGA, OCB, and ANBF. After beginning her fitness career as a personal trainer, Carmen discovered her passion of holistic healing and an approach to wellness upon her undergrad degree in Physical Therapy.  She wanted to make an impact and a difference in people’s lives through holistic touch.  She decided to embark on an extensive education and became a New Jersey licensed therapist.
